Are your items authentic?
Yes, all of our items are authentic. We source from trusted retailers including sample sales, liquidation and outlets. 

Are the items brand new?
Yes, all items are brand new and unworn.

When will my order be posted?
We post orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11pm are posted the next working day.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service used.

Will I get tracking?
Yes, tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted if the item is unused, unworn and returned in the same condition it was received. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Message us as soon as possible. If your order has not been posted yet, we may be able to help before dispatch.

Do you restock sold out items?
Some items may restock, but many products are limited. If something sells out, we cannot always guarantee it will return.
