Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Processing Times
Orders are posted Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11pm are usually posted the next working day.

Delivery Times
UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service used.

Tracking
Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, but delays can occasionally happen with the courier. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will help look into it.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
